The platform provides tools for verifying capital flows, tax compliance, and courses on risk management in clearing operations. Services are provided exclusively for monitoring and compliance purposes, without constituting legal or financial advice.
Users undertake to provide accurate and complete information, not to violate applicable laws, and not to use the platform for illegal activities. Access is personal and non-transferable.
cbctrw undertakes to maintain the platform's functionality, ensure data security, and respect the confidentiality of information. The provider reserves the right to modify services with prior notice.
The provider is not liable for indirect losses, trading errors, or non-compliance resulting from improper use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
Payments are made according to the chosen plan. Returns are possible within 14 days of purchase, only for unused services. Subscriptions renew automatically, with 7 days prior notice.
The user may terminate access at any time by written request. The provider may suspend access in case of breach of terms, with 30 days prior notice.
This document may be updated periodically. Users will be informed 30 days before the changes take effect, via email or notification on the platform.
